Pokemon Emerald/Ruby/Saphire Empty Pokemon Emerald/Ruby/Saphire

I've made it to the Battle Frontier in Emerald and have noticed it takes way to long to fight the Leader and then they're overpowered. What are good combos and others to beat them without the Gameshark. I do have 2 Frontier passes though Very Happy
